Jim co-founded Oak & River after a decade at a Raleigh firm, trading a tower view for a walk to the courthouse.
He handles property closings, land matters, and the disputes that sometimes follow — with a reputation for settling things over coffee before they need a courtroom. He coaches Little League (fictive).
